Crews to Port of Houston; Weatherford to California

William Crews has been named Port Security and Emergency Operations Manager for the Port of Houston Authority. He will direct the Port's security operations and programs with responsibility for regulatory compliance as well as oversight of the Police Department. Crews was previously affiliated with NASA's Dryden Flight Research Center. He has also previously served in security leadership positions with various government agencies.

Mark Weatherford, formerly Chief Information Security Officer for the State of Colorado, has been named Executive Officer for California's Office of Information Security and Privacy Protection. Weatherford has previously held information assurance positions at Raytheon and Rohrbach Group and was a cryptologic officer for the US Navy.
