Joseph Billy, Jr., former Assistant Director for Counterintelligence, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), has been named Vice President of Global Security, Prudential Financial.

Keith Wilson has joined Broadridge Financial Solutions as Chief Security Officer. He is responsible for leading all Broadridge enterprise information security initiatives and is chartered with fostering strategic company-wide information security solutions that are aligned with business imperatives across all Broadridge’s business units.
Wilson previously served as the Head of Information Security for Citi Private Bank. He has also held positions at JPMorgan Chase and in the pharmaceutical and software industries. He holds the CISSP certification along with a B.S. degree in Information Systems from Drexel University.

Rackspace named Jeff Reich to the position of chief security officer with responsibility over risk management, security, compliance and insurance programs. Previously he was information security officer at CompuCredit.
