It has been a few months since we have seen much from the likes of Adam Pearlman and not much has changed. Adorned in his Western aviator framed glasses (I wonder who carries those particular frames in his area of the world) and rubbing his soft hands that have never seen a day’s honest labor, Adam Pearlman gives an uninspiring speech rife with verbal gaffs as he reads from the teleprompter. “The Mujahideen Don’t Target Muslims” is another fallacy coming from the leadership of Al Qa’eda. The problem is that they have and they do continue to kill Muslims all over the globe without religious backing or historical precedent. Pearlman spouts his rhetoric in an attempt to calm the masses who have been subjected to suicide bombings throughout Pakistan. Adam understands the backlash that exists in Iraq due to Muslims killing Muslims and is reaching out to try and stem the tide of such a backlash in Afghanistan and Pakistan. The problem is it is too late. Whatever moral and religious high ground they thought they hand is now gone.
The killing and maiming of innocent men, women and children of any race, creed, religion and/or color is unethical, and in the case of the Mujahideen and more particularly Al Qa’eda, their continued targeting of innocents demonstrates their desperation. Their actions go against the principles of Muhammad (pbuh) and the teachings of the Qur’an.
Adam tries to make the case that the Mujahideen adheres to Shari ‘a where the taking of even one innocent life is forbidden. I think he has forgotten history and conveniently looked the other way during the acts of barbary committed by Al Qa’eda. I personally think he has spent too many days in his version of the Cave of Hira and grown even more delusional than his days as a heavy metal rocker doing drugs in Southern California. He fails to admit the horrors committed by Al Qa’eda against innocents in New York, London, Madrid, Bali, Yemen, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kenya and Tanzania. He fails to admit that the murder by stoning of women who allegedly committed adultery in Kabul during the reign of Mullah ‘Omar is a murder of innocence. He is without religious authority and is without historical precedent. He and the rest of Al Qa’eda operate outside the laws of Allah and will understand this only when the angel of death approaches them and takes their souls violently.
O you who believe! obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority from among you; then if you quarrel about anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the last day; (Glorious Qur'an 4:59)
Adam tends to believe that anyone speaking out against his practices should be dealt with as was Asma bint Marwan. This is their method for dealing with anyone who wants to send their Afghan daughter to school. It is Al Qa’eda who is the destroyer of true Islam. It is the likes of Adam who have perverted Islam for their own gains and stolen Islam from the 1.6 billion Muslims worldwide who do not share their version of a violent Islam. It is Adam, Libi, Mullah ‘Omar, Bin Laden and Zawahiri who are the apostates falsely representing themselves as those who are ordained to represent the world’s Muslims.
We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone slew a person?unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land? it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if anyone saved a life it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people. (Glorious Qur’an 5:32)
Unlike the Battle of Uhud and the greed exhibited that led to a Muslim defeat as warriors gathered booty from the battlefield, your greed is that of hubris and the assumption that Muslim people believe in your message of hate and violence. This is your downfall. The good Muslim people of the world have repulsed you as in the Siege of Ta’if. You do not demonstrate egalitarianism as did Muhammad (pbuh).
If Al Qa’eda as Adam claims denounces any killings of innocent Muslims, then why is he silent when scores are murdered at the hands of Al Qa’eda in Iraq? Where was his outrage at the indiscriminate maiming and murder of Muslims by Abu Mus’ab Az-Zarqawi in Iraq and Jordan?And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell to abide therein, and the Wrath and the Curse of Allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him. (Glorious Qur’an 4:93)
He does finally submit a half-hearted condolence to the families of the ‘unintended victims’ at the hands of the Mujahideen, admitting in a roundabout fashion that Muslims have in fact killed Muslims. But his comments are nothing more than a footnote of collateral damage in his eyes. He and his cohorts are the true enemies of Islam.
Adam goes onto talk about governments and regimes breaking promises. I wonder what promises he has broken to his own family?
It is amazing that he speaks of Muslims taking what he terms to be bribes to work on behalf of the US when it is the Mujahideen who pay out-of-work Afghans $10/day to fight or place IEDs; if they refuse, they are killed by the Mujahideen and Al Qa’eda. If they refuse, they subject their families to the specter of death. It is equally stunning when Afghans face death if they do not till the fields of poppies at the hands of the Mujahideen. The growing of poppies to produce heroin to be sold on the open market to fund their vicious actions is directly against the teaching of Muhammad (pbuh), the Qur’an, and without support from Muslim scholars and clerics. You cannot justify this as taqiyya. Even your attempt to use taqiyya is a perversion of its true intent.
When will Muslims worldwide stand up in outrage against the likes of Adam Pearlman? When will they realize that Al Qa’eda is not their friend and protector? Only in Al Qa’eda can a confused kid from Southern California seeking an idealism that does not exist; who jumped from Judaism to Christianity to hard core, metal rock and roll and drugs to Islam to a perversion of Islam, become a spokesman for anyone. When will the pious Muslims of the world openly reject Al Qa’eda with specific fatwa’s that clearly name them and explicitly condemn their acts? When will we see the religious scholars of Al Azhar issue fatwa’s in this manner? When will they realize that Al Qa’eda is a morally bankrupt, group of imposters who will kill anyone who stands in their way? When will they realize that it is Bin Laden and Zawahiri who have betrayed Islam and the Muslim Ummah?Or do those in whose hearts is a disease deem that Allah will not bring to light their (secret) hates? (Glorious Qur’an 47:29)
Allah is in fact all knowing and all-wise and he sees your hypocrisy for what it is, young Adam. It will be as you say that death often comes suddenly even in your safe haven as Saleh al-Somali found out. Your idea of Islam is nothing more than a self-serving perversion that creates hate and despair in the world. You have failed to mobilize the masses through the view of your aviator-framed glasses. It is Al Qa’eda that conspires to pervert all of Islam and hijack it from its one, true course. Your suicide missions and violent acts against all peoples have no religious legitimacy. You believe there is victory in each death that comes at the hands of Al Qa’eda, even the deaths of those within your ranks; but there is not.

Pakistan: Ulema Call Suicide Attacks Un-Islamic

A large number of ulema attending the Ulema Mushaikh Conference arranged by Pakistan’s Ministry of Religious Affairs denounced suicide attacks in the country as un-Islamic, Aaj TV reported Dec. 17. The scholars denounced the killing of innocent people in the name in religion and said suicide attacks are forbidden in Islam.
DUBAI—A prominent Saudi scholar has issued a fatwa banning Muslims from joining al-Qaeda and labeled it a violation of Islam’s teachings, press reports said on Tuesday, amid concerns about the growing strength of operatives in Yemen.
Sheikh Abdul Mohsen al-Obeikan, a top religious scholar and an advisor in the court of King Abdullah, said Muslims who join the militant group and engage in terrorist operations are deviating from the right path of Islam, Saudi newspaper Okaz quoted him as saying.
“Affiliation with the so-called al-Qaeda group is haram (forbidden),” meaning banned in Islam, al-Obeikan told the paper, adding
“It is strictly prohibited to legitimatize the shedding of blood of other Muslims without having the right to do so.” Obeikan reiterated the official Saudi view that Qaeda’s ideology was one of forbidden “takfirism,” which accuses others of apostasy to justify murdering them. Anyone who joins al-Qaeda “belongs to a group that has adopted takfir thinking,” he said.

The Qur'anic penalty for both married and unmarried with respect to adultery is 100 lashes. How is it that the word of Allah can be subjugated to that of the Sunnah or Hadith? Is that not blasphemous? The interpretation has been argued but the mere act of the argument is itself blasphemous since the argument is between the most high - the Qur'an and the secondary aspects of the Sunnah. The Qur'an takes precedence over the Sunnah in two ways. For one thing, the Qur'an consists of the exact words of Allah, miraculous in nature, down to the last verse. The Sunnah, however, is not necessarily the exact words of God, but rather their meanings as explained by Muhammad (pbuh).
Your interpretation is another example of perversion of the Qur'an for purposes of human manipulation and control, modified for other than heavenly purposes.

Wrong! It is specifically mandated in the Sunnah that married adulterers should be stoned to death:
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah al—Ansari: A man from the tribe of Bani Aslam came to Allah's Messenger and informed him that he had committed illegal sexual intercourse; and he bore witness four times against himself. Allah's Messenger ordered him to be stoned to death as he was a married person (Bukhari 8:6814; see also 8:6825; 8:6829)
I believe what you refer to is the Hadith. A hadith is a saying of Muhammad or a report about something he did. Over time, during the first few centuries of Islam, it became obvious that many so-called hadith were in fact unauthentic sayings that had been fabricated for various motives, at best to encourage believers to act righteously and at worse to corrupt believers' understanding of Islam and to lead them astray.
Since Islamic legal scholars were utilizing hadith as an adjunct to the Qur'an in their development of the Islamic legal system, it became critically important to have reliable collections of hadith. While the early collections of hadith often contained hadith that were of questionable origin, gradually collections of authenticated hadith called sahih (lit. true, correct) were compiled. Such collections were made possible by the development of the science of hadith criticism, a science at the basis of which was a critical analysis of the chain of (oral) transmission (isnad) of the hadith going all the way back to Muhammad.
The two most highly respected collections of hadith are the authenticated collections the Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. (Sahih literally means "correct, true, valid, or sound.") In addition to these, four other collections came to be well-respected, although not to the degree of Bukhari and Muslim's sahih collections.
These four other collections are the Sunan of Tirmidhi, Nasa'i, Ibn Majah, and Abu Da'ud. Together these four and the two sahih collections are called the "six books" (al-kutub al-sitta). Two other important collections, in particular, are the Muwatta of Ibn Malik, the founder of the Maliki school of law, and the Musnad of Ahmad ibn Hanbal, the founder of the Hanbali school of law.

The Qur'an is nothing more than a long winded prayer that is recited over and over when prayers are being done 5 times a day. Focus on the H'dat (sp) this is the text that advises to kill infidels and to destroy non-believers of Islam. Why does the media refuse to discuss this text?
